Furniture and Lighting
We ship online furniture and lighting orders nationwide, these are either shipped with a selected courier or fragile freight carrier depending on the size and weight of the item. We dispatch stocked product within two working days once we receive the order. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and size of the product. A tracking number will be provided once the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours and business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including relevant tracking details. Please note that sale items will occasionally incur a slight delay in processing.
When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to receive your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.
Please note that Simon James Concept Store and/or CourierPost and/or NZ Post are not held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of the package to the shipping address. We are only insured up to the point of delivery.
Once an order is posted we take no responsibility for charges incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Please note that Simon James Concept Store cannot be held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after delivery of your purchase to the shipping address. You may return any product, with the exception of sale items, within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original condition. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
No returns on sale items, no exceptions. All sale items are sold as is and may have slight wear from being on the shop floor. If you would like to know the condition of a specific item please contact us prior to purchase.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item, size, or colour, you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this unlikely event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.
How do I return an item?
To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of the date of purchase and order number, along with the reason for return. You will then be asked to return your item via tracked shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will advise you once we have received your goods, and your refund or replacement will be processed within five working days.
How does the Pre-order process work?
Select items are available for pre-order and are marked accordingly. Your payment will be processed, and when the item is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment. Any other (non-pre-order) items in your order will ship separately. If you would like further information on a pre-order item, including delivery dates, please contact us. This is a wonderful service that ensures you do not miss out on your desired or limited item.
